CALL TO WORSHIP
James Fuller
Leader: Today, my generation leads us in worship. Listen to our voices as we exalt our God and tell of God’s goodness.
People: Your voices are important, and we want to listen. We want you to be heard!
Leader: The church has been molding us into the adults we are becoming. As we graduate from high school and look ahead, we view the future with joy and excitement. A whole new world is coming into view!
People: We mark this milestone with you. Your lives have brought joy to our lives – God has blessed our lives through you!
All: Today, one generation proclaims God’s deeds to the next, declaring the power of God. Together, we celebrate God’s abundant goodness, mercy, and love. Let us worship God!

PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Blake and Kendall Kahler
Leader: Please join me in the prayer of confession, followed by a time of silent prayer. Let’s pray:
All: Almighty God, we are not always people who live by faith. We know that we were created in your image, but we treat ourselves and each other in ways that do not honor your presence within us. We know your laws and your commandments, but we choose to disobey you and to act in ways that harm our neighbors. We hear your call to reach out to those most in need, but instead we turn our backs on them and on you. Forgive us, O God, and help us day by day to become more faithful followers and the people you created us to be. In the name of Christ, we pray. Amen.

condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Take hold of this forgiveness, and live your
life in the Spirit of Jesus.
All: Thanks be to God!

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.
