The ROC Youth Center exists to create a safe place for 6th-12th grade students (11-18-year-old home schoolers) to build community. They offer tutoring, leadership development, fundamentals classes (cooking, finance, auto maintenance, healthy living, and so much more), Christian family counseling, and fun, fun, fun!!!

​Their mission is to help students understand purpose, discover their value, and find hope. They also offer resources and parent partnership, understanding that we are much better when we work together.

PCOC supports ROC ministries as part of our at-risk youth missions.
